I feel as though I have lived many lives in one. In some I was at the receiving end, and I always took up space and claimed my share. Some other times I had to give - support, love, and empathy.

Sometimes I am moved by others' suffering and my heart responds to their pain, other times the inner knowing of my sufferings weigh me down.

I believe I have not yet uncovered the different mysteries and offerings of life, there is room for more ecstasy and more suffering.

Sometimes you’re an observer of other people’s lives and you think you’ll never experience what they’re living, whether it’s a positive or negative situation. You think it will never happen to you.

Of course, life will bring many challenges, such as the death of someone we love, and it’s not easy to embrace them when we’re suffering and wishing those things would have never happened.

But if we start cultivating acceptance in our lives right now, we’ll likely cope with future crises in a different way and view them from a different perspective. We will accept instead or resisting.

The dread of uncertainty can be overwhelming and keep us from our commitment for change.

We gradually move away from uncertainty and lose control of our lives.

In uncertainty there is greatness and courage for it asks us to rely on our core values and each other.

When the base of our values are strong, fear and hopelessness subsides the thrilling experiences of uncertainty.

In friendship we meet ourselves.

In friendship we celebrate ourselves.

In friendship we realize that our influence goes well beyond the moment.

Friends influence us into taking an action, altering our viewpoints, or developing our personalities.

As we grow together, our experiences then shape our wisdom and we bring about changes in their and our own lives.

Life can very easily disrupt our equilibrium, but with it our ability to perceive can also become clear.

We can change the type of perspectives we use to live through our phases.

Perspective implies a viewpoint and a place from which we look at our lives and the world around us.

It is valuable to understand the importance of perspective on our lives.

Why so? If we won't realize our abilities, change our perceptions, learn and unlearn unique ways of survival, we will always be at the risk of misinterpreting and mishandling much of what goes around us.

As we learn to accept and make peace with the way things are in life, we learn to step out of our own way and step forward on the path to growth.

The more often we practice acceptance, the more we will see that each moment has a purpose.

Acceptance is not something that can be forced, it can rather be learned. It begins with the process of living in the problem instead of living in the answer. Then, acceptance becomes the answer to any and all problems.

We may cognitively accept that life is a process of continual flux, but it can be hard to accept major changes in life.

Something in us craves the illusion of stability and certainty.

Change is natural and the progressive notion of it is that it can bring both humility and upheaval for people.

It is important to learn how to maintain your inner peace and tranquility to ride through the waves of difficulty with ease.

Learning how to deal with change is an act of courage. To live fully its wise for you to change, and to be perfect it is wise to have changed often.

Life is a recording of the many experiences we encounter in separate stages, because of which we capture its essence.

In an attempt to beautifully capture the essence of life, each one of us must pay a price; that is, live life in its true sense and with purpose.

However, there are things in life in which you have no power, but you must practice benignity for yourself and others.

Focus on the true sense. Focus on the experience. Focus on the lesson. Life should not tire you into a mundane living. It is the beauty of life that you have power over yourself.

Love conquers all; friendships prosper despite all odds, families grow closer. Love has no limits but has its own right and wrong ways – to love and to be loved. You could fall for someone and become their safe embrace without any agendas. You could be friends with people and think of their greater good simply by not feeding their wrong principles. You could be close to family and still be able to correct their patterns. Love knows no boundary, but it is as unique and promising as it can get.

It is important to surround ourselves with family and friends for support and comfort in both times of joy and distress. Friends give support and encouragement, and most importantly, they are always there to listen and encourage us in our weakest moments. It isn’t easy to deal with the changes in life, but with their acceptance and advices, we can get to experience the true essence of life. Only and only if we are willing to accept all of their goods and bads for the greater good, for our relationships to grow.

Many of us are victims to subjective feelings of loneliness, and only a few of us are able to express these feelings. We simply struggle to create any space for us to regulate our emotions. To experience the pain of loneliness and still be able to express it is laudable.

When Kathleen found herself wandering like a lonely cloud in the sky, she embraced the glory of solitude and wished only for hope. She courageously waited for a helping hand to bridge the distance between her family and herself.

We think we live in the same reality but all of us see our own realities through our subjective eyes. We behave according to what we bring to the occasion, and what each of us brings to the occasion is more or less unique. Its impossible for life to be static; it is rather a build up of so many realities. Each reality unfolds in its own unique way, and each exposes us to a completely different path. What we make of our reality is in our own hands.

Life is a see-saw, and it swings back and forth bringing a lot of experiences for us. Sometimes we lose, and other times we move freely around our experiences. We can live life more freely when we are not shackled by the fear of its loss, but we can also live through losses as willed. Each one of us are backed by our individual purpose in life, for some it is apparent like a mirage and for others it is a shadowed reality. When we lose, things cease to exist. However, when we surrender to our loss and embrace our strengths, we are able to push through our greatest adversities.

people are predictable if we at least know what the base nature is comprised of - we also have habits that make us look predictable. It is not to say that they are completely capable of doing something particular, they can still surprise most of the times. While humans may be predictable in other aspects, it is especially true when it comes to human communication and interpersonal interactions, where there are conflicts of interest. Often they can be very accommodating and understanding, whereas sometimes they are selfishly cruel to your needs.

Some days are like the snow, mesmerizing but cold. You carefully walk through it all, making sure each step is safe and doesn't let you slip. Because you know, you know if you slip, you won't get up right away. You take your time, take deep breaths and contemplate on how this isn't the first time. You've slipped before, and it wasn't easy to get up back then either. But you remind yourself you did. You did get back up. You hang in between the light and darkness, knowing each of them is a possibility. Hence, you go with the flow, but you hope.
