I am still a full time sales engineer at a commercial/industrial contractor and am only offering select licensed residential services to select customers "on the side". My "real job" is my priority and in no way will interfere with these offerings.

With corona virus fears growing, there are ways to maximize your home defense against these little demons. Whole home air purification can wipe these from the air stream and proper humidity levels with whole home humidifier has been proven to GREATLY increase the body's ability to fight infection. Let me know if you'd like more information.

My Town Beginning

Hello, my name is Jason Schroeder and this is how it all started.

With 22 years in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry I have seen and done almost everything. I began my HVAC career in the spring of 1998 when the Kent Carrier Tech Center promoters stopped by Comstock Park High School and explained their offerings. I had remembered that my now late grandpa Yeager said “heating and cooling guys make good money”. I didn’t really have any other plans so what the heck and away we went, and that is how I became a “heating guy”.

After the tech center and graduating from high school, I immediately went to Grand Rapids Community College and obtained my associates degree in HVACR technology. Following that I began my career in the residential HVAC world. I spent 4 years servicing and installing HVAC equipment building customer skills and understanding the ins and outs of this career I was venturing into. I learned in those first four years about the importance of customer communication and customer satisfaction. The feeling of turning a freezing house in the dead of winter for a family into a warm home again was extremely gratifying.

After 4 years of accomplishing most of what I could in the residential market as an employee I decided to move on to the larger commercial/industrial world of HVAC. I began with a large West Michigan mechanical company and was a service technician there for 8 years. I learned there that there is absolutely no limit to the experience and knowledge to be gained in this industry. Being part of such a successful company re-emphasized the importance of customer communication and customer focused business. If the customer is the focus, all the success will follow.
