BIG STRETCH!!

Full body shake… one of the many ways horses show us they are releasing tension. Just a few moments of Bemer is all it took for this senior!❤️

Feeling good after their Masterson Method sessions!

2022 has been a busy year for sure!!! So many achievements as I work towards Masterson Method Certified Practitioner status (MMCP)! This last month has been a challenge like no other as my parents were struck with some devastating health issues. This video was taken yesterday and shared to me this morning right after I received some sad news about my sister in laws family. So much hardship seems to be surrounding everyone. This video brightened my somber mood and is how I choose to remember 2022. May each and every one of you find health, happiness and peace in the new year!!!❤️❤️

Just a small sampling of horses touched this year❤️ So many thanks to all my clients and followers but an extra special thanks to those impacted this past month while my family has dealt with some very difficult times due to my mom’s health. I wish you all a joyful, peaceful and restful holiday today!!

Fairly volatile mare with bodywork, she is incredibly guarded and quick to respond. Finding just the right level of touch for this horse is key as she is so quick to turn from relaxed to defensive. Below is a video snippet just under 3 min demonstrating the power of Masterson’s “air gap “ technique over the hind end points. “Air gap” is described as a level of touch that barely touches the skin. This light touch activates the horse's nervous system to release large amounts of muscle tension. In this video I am specifically targeting her L side hip point in air gap, just off her body. There are very subtle releases that lead up to a larger release. And then she turns to check in, and moves closer for more!

Capturing a few moments to observe his responses after a what started as bladder meridian and turned into some Myofascial work over his thoracic/lumbar and gluteal areas followed up by some hind end points. He moved his body in such a way to show that is where he wanted me to work. This is the result!! He can be a tough nut to crack as he is so stoic. This might be the deepest relaxation I have ever seen him allow himself to get to!

One of my clients, very much enjoying her new Bemer Horse Set!!! #bemerhorseset #bemertherapy

Talisman getting some pre travel Bemer on this sunny chilly morning! Bemer is a wonderful warm up for the horse but also a fantastic tool in helping the horse into a parasympathetic (rest and digest) state. Wonderful for horses that spend a lot of time in the trailer easing the physical and mental stresses of travel.PM me for more info or to set up a free demo for your horse! #bemerhorseset #equinebodywork

Had just worked his front end through lateral cervical flexion, poll and TMJ releases on both sides. Took a step back to observe as he clearly needed a minute to process. Love his stretch and smile at the end!! #lovemyjob❤️ #equinebodywork

A very important part of bodywork is to pause, step back, observe and allow the horse time to process!

Enjoying his bodywork! #myofascialrelease #equinebodyworker

Merry Christmas!!❤️🌲

Willow was very appreciative of her bodywork today! This was her response to a gentle hyoid release!
