अकबर – मी तुला ३ प्रश्न विचारेन पण तू मात्र एकच उत्तर द्यायचं.. ते प्रश्न असे...

👉🏻 गेल्या ५० वर्षांत जगभरात डायबेटीस का वाढला ?

👉🏻 जगभरातल्या चिमण्यांची संख्या का कमी झाली ?

👉🏻 नोवाक जोकोव्हिच जगातला नंबर १ टेनिस प्लेयर का बनला ?

आता या तिन्ही प्रश्नांचे एकच उत्तर दे.

बिरबल – वाह खाविंद, काय प्रश्न विचारला आपण. या प्रश्नाचं उत्तर आहे तृणधान्य किंवा मिलेटस्. - बरोबर ?

अकबर – अगदी बरोबर. पण तुला लगेच उत्तर कसं काय सुचतं रे ?
मग या तिन्ही प्रश्नांचे उत्तर तृणधान्य कसे ते तूच समजावून सांग आता..

बिरबल – काही हरकत नाही हुजूर. आता डायबेटीस का वाढला ? तर गेल्या ५०-६० वर्षांत लोकांचे भात आणि गहू खाण्याचे प्रमाण खूपच वाढले आहे. ज्वारी, बाजरीसारखी तृणधान्य खायचे लोकांनी बंद केले. त्यात पुन्हा हे गहू तांदूळ आता संकरित बियाण्यांपासून पिकवतात आणि पॉलिश तर इतके करतात कि आजिबात फायबर शिल्लक ठेवत नाहीत. असं धान्य खाल्लं की त्यातली साखर लगेच रक्तात उतरते आणि मग डायबेटीस होतो.

अकबर – बरं मग त्या चिमण्या कुठे उडून गेल्या ?

बिरबल – त्याचं असं आहे खाविंद. बाजरी, नाचणी, राळे यासारखी छोटी तृणधान्य हे चिमण्यांचे आवडते खाद्य आहे. पण आता शेतात सगळीकडे गहू आणि तांदूळ पिकतो. शेतात तृणधान्यच नाही तर बिचाऱ्या चिमण्या खाणार तरी काय ?

अकबर – आणि त्या तिसऱ्या प्रश्नाचं काय ? आणि हा जोकोव्हिच कोण ?

बिरबल – धीर धरा खाविंद सांगतो सांगतो. नोव्हाक जोकोविच हा सर्बियाचा टेनिस प्लेयर आहे. आज तो जगात नंबर १ आहे. पण त्याच्या करीयरची सुरवात एवढी चांगली नव्हती कारण त्याचा स्टॅमिना कमी होता. तो पटकन थकायचा कधीकधी तर विनिंग पोझिशनमधून त्याने मॅचेस सोडून दिल्या आहेत. मग एके दिवशी त्याला एक डाएटिशीयन भेटला. त्याने जोकोविचला गव्हातल्या ग्लुटेनची अॅलर्जी असल्याचे सांगून आहारातून गहू पूर्णपणे बंद करण्याचा सल्ला दिला. मग त्याने मिलेट खायला सुरुवात केली. आणि काय आश्चर्य ? जोकोविचचा थकवा जणू गायब झाला. आज त्याच्या नावावर जगातल्या सर्वाधिक २३ ग्रॅण्डस्लॅम टायटल आहेत आणि तो जगातील नंबर १ प्लेयर आहे.

Enjoy healthy and tasty foxtail millet sweet wadi-

Our happy customer have shared recipie of foxtail sweet wadi -

Take jaggery in a bowl and add water, almond powder, dry fruit powder. Stirr it well until Jaggary is dissolved. Then keep it on low flame, mix it well till Jaggary is completly melted. Now add SPC AGROTECH's foxtail millet rava and pour this on a pan on a low to moderate gas flame. Add ghee and Cardamom drops from SPC AGROTECH.

I have tried Garlic millet Pizza Base and Garlic Bread Loaf. Both the products are very delicious.

Garlic millet bread is really healthy and tasty through its breaks while toasting (I knew it beforehand as it doesn't have artificial binding agents).

Important to note - Kids enjoyed Millet Pizza like a normal pizza base!!.

हा आहे - आपले गार्लिक मिलेट ब्रेड वापरून मुलांच्या टिफिन साठी तयार केलेला पिझ्झा!! कृती - पिझ्झा बनवण्यासाठी च्या भाज्या बारीक चिरून, तव्यावर परतून घ्याव्या व तयार ठेवव्या. एस पी सी ऍग्रोटेक चा garlic मिलेट ब्रेड slice घेऊन त्यावर पिझ्झा सौस किंवा एस पी सी ऍग्रोटेक ची पाणीपुरी ची पुदिना चटणी लावावी. त्यावर आधी परतून ठेवलेल्या भाज्या पसराव्या. त्यावर चीज किसून टाकावे. चावीसाठी मसाला drops किंवा मसाला पावडर, चिली पावडर इत्यादी टाकावे. मंद आचेवर तव्यावर कुरकुरीत होई पर्यंत झाकून ठेवावे. ओव्हन मध्ये करत असाल तर 180डिग्री ला 5 ते 7 मिनिटे ठेवावे. तयार झाल्यावर डब्ब्यात भरण्याच्या आधी थंड होऊ द्यावे म्हणजे त्याचा कुरकुरीतपणा कायम राहतो.
