We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our school team. If you’re organized, reliable, and have a passion for supporting school operations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office tasks (phone calls, emails, student records).
- Assist with school events and scheduling.
- Provide support to staff and teachers with administrative needs.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator (school experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A certificate in Office Administration is an added advantage.

Last week, both our Academies took trips to the farm! Our Palapye branch visited the beautiful Segaigai Farm.

Agriculture is an essential part of our culture as Batswana, and these trips serve as a fun cultural lesson for our students. They get to experience firsthand the importance of farming in our heritage, learn about traditional farming methods, and appreciate the hard work that goes into producing our food.

Our students enjoyed a warm game of Chess this morning as part of our Critical Skills building exercise.

We use Chess in our curriculum to develop strategic thinking, enhance problem-solving skills, and increase their concentration span. Not to mention that students learn to anticipate consequences, plan ahead, and adapt to changing situations, which are all essential skills for their academic and personal growth.
