Hello. I've been on a sort of crusade of self care today. The idea that all of us could probably use a damned break every once in a while. It all started with an old painting of my grandfathers. It's up in my spare room, and it just kind of inspired me today. Hopefully it inspires you to also take some time to yourself. We all need it.
