WELL BEING... Spring Planting! Our human garden is largely made up of the seeds of thought we tell ourselves. Our own INSIDE VOICE (Self-Talk)is the one we hear most in our lives. Plant kind thoughts to yourselves, "I was doing my best. When I know better, I can do better. Some days my energy is at superstar status and some days.... not so much. Speak Kindly first to yourself, one seed at a time. Kindly, just one thought at a time. Most of the time... Be Patient. The result is the Beautiful Garden of YOU! Happy Planting! 😀
