A Gong Bath, using sound from Gongs and singing bowls, will ‘test your resistance to letting go.

Rochester Store104, Rochester high Street, ME1 1JT (a fantastic old book shop in Rochester, the size limits us to 10 participants and is on the 1st floor with only stair case access). Parking is in the public carpark almost opposite the shop.

The cost is £15 per person.
Gravesend CycloPark, DA11 7NP (just off the A2 at Gravesend, with kind permission we use the very cosy baby sensory room with its padded floor. Parking is on site but costs £1.70. Size limits to a comfortable 14).

Abbey Wood, Lesness Abbey ruins (Bexley/Abbey Wood) SE2 0AX - (within the wonderful park and next to the old ruins is a modern coffee shop and large studio. The event is managed by Rosanna (Pilates and fitness). Size will accomodate 20+ but we limit to 16).
