The Psychiatry Department at ReachAut finds highly trained, experienced local Psychiatrists that are able to evaluate and treat a variety of conditions, from children to geriatric cases. April is Sexual Assault Awareness & Prevention Month ( ). This month, we stand together to support sexual assault victims, raise awareness on the fundamental importance of consent and pursuit justice for all survivors.

Sexual assault has short- and long-term effects on the victim's mental health. As a community, we must fight to prevent sexual abuse and give credits to every story and every trauma. Healing starts with believing.

A Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) may lead to neurological and communication deficits. Affecting verbal and non-verbal language, as well as cognitive functions (e.g. attention, memory, inhibition, planning capacities, etc.).

A prompt intervention can support people who suffered a head injury in total or partial recovery of their communication and intellectual capabilities.
