Clarifying my Cancellation Policy for Clients

I’d like to address some concerns regarding my cancellation policy. While I was more lenient with fees in the past, I now need to be more firm to ensure that my business is sustainable. This is a matter of business, not personal. I appreciate my clients’ support and loyalty and this change is nothing personal. I want to ensure that my policy is fair to everyone who receives my services.

I understand that this may take some getting used to, but I feel it is necessary to make this change. I would like to request the same respect for my cancellation policy as larger companies receive for their policies. For example, when you stream content, you must pay for the service before you can continue to stream. If payment is not received, the service is automatically shut off. As a small business owner, I deserve the same respect for my clients to understand and abide by my policies.

As a waxer, I make it a priority to carefully select the best aftercare items for my salon suite. By having a centralized selection of aftercare products, clients can enjoy numerous benefits that contribute to better waxing outcomes. For best results, exfoliate three times a week the the end of showering, and moisturize daily. If you find that the exfoliating product is not producing the desired outcome, try moving the shower head away from your body and gently scrubbing the target areas with your hand. Be careful not to apply too much pressure while scrubbing, as it may defeat the purpose of the exfoliating product. Remember to take care of your skin, and let the products do the rest!
