Taxation in RSA of overseas employment earnings.
The abolition of the requirement to formally emigrate from RSA.
Withdrawing a retirement interest from South African funds.
The treatment in RSA of the following

Speaker - Piet Nel CA(SA)
Currently, Piet is the Project Director-Professional Development (Tax) at SAICA. Previously in his career, he was involved in tax consulting and tax dispute resolution. He is an accounting member of the Tax Court. Piet is a visiting professor at Wits University and was previously a lecturer in tax at the University of Pretoria and UNISA at postgraduate level. He was a member of SAICA's National Tax Committee and is active in the development of tax legislation in RSA through his commentaries on proposed legislation. Piet has, over a period of more than three decades, presented numerous tax seminars and workshops to tax practitioners. He regularly speaks on radio and TV, and publishes articles.
