Oh boy! Has it been a rough couple of days🥴

Lack of sleep, sick kids and just increased anxiety has meant I have been leaning on these little bottles of magic a little more than usual.

➡️ I like to diffuse Frankincense with 1 or 2 other oils like Believe, Lavender, or Citrus Fresh. I usually diffuse a a total combination of 8-12 drops, usually 4 drops of Frankincense. Have fun trying different combo recipes and see what you like best.

Lavender Essential Oil - 'The Calmer' - The sedative and calming nature of this oil can help to relieve a fussy baby or toddler, adds to the relaxing atmosphere during your nighttime routine with your elder children and even helping moms have a relaxing night's rest.

Simply drop 1 or 2 drops in your YL Diffuser to set the mood or as a bedtime massage oil (make sure to pre-diluted before use).
