Now and then, I come across a great book I can hardly put down. This week it's Enough Already by Valerie Bertinelli. I highly recommend this wonderful book. Which of us has not gone through some or all of these emotions and self talk? This book is very insightful, uplifting and inspiring. And if that's not enough, Valerie shares some of her wonderful recipes! Yum! This girl is off to the grocery store to try one out.
