Right now I'm not worried about getting a six pack, whether I'm thin enough. I just need to be able to keep moving and remain relatively healthy. Old age will creep up fast on you. In 15 - 20 years I will retire. And I don't want to be old and dependent. Imagine relying on someone because you can't breathe, or you can't walk properly.
