The conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter was highly energetic. The energies in me stirred up some past thoughts and behaviors and made me go into my feelings. I knew this conjunction was happening and that the energies would be powerful but this was magnanimous. I allowed the feelings to come up and felt the feelings that needed to be dealt with and came out of that with a new understanding of myself and some triggers. That is what healing looks like.
