If NPR and Star Wars had a baby, this would be it and I mean that in the best possible sense. 10/10 recommend!
Star Wars animation NEVER misses and the series finale of Bad Batch was no exception. Bravo, three cheers, all of it. The feels were on full display. Lovely ending to a great galactic story.
Always in awe of all our space adventurers. I wonder how they deal with mental challenges on the space station 🤔
The feels have already begun!!!
In honor of hitting 99 ig followers, big shout out to Clone Force 99!
1) I can properly say that Bad Batch is a constant top tier source of SW feels of the highest quality. The kind of stuff we love diving into at Mind the Force.
2) Thank you all for your support! It really means everything to me ♥️
Decided to drop a little hint on our next episode character analysis. Prepare yourselves, people! You'll never look at this Rebel quite the same!
And Ep VII wouldn't be a proper mental health discussion with our mental health professional. Thank you so much Simon (.men.aus) for your engaging insight. We get into everything from Bane's possible childhood neglect to inflation around the world. Anything can happen at Mind the Force!

Pleased to introduce my guest co-host into the depths of the mind of Cad Bane,
James Abbate is a longtime Star Wars fan. He was first introduced to the series with the VHS tapes of the original trilogy, and became a loyal moviegoer since he saw Phantom Menace in theaters, having followed the films, TV series, novels, comics, and games since. He showed up to his fourth grade Halloween party as Darth Maul, replete with the double-sided lightsaber. A perennial prequel defender, he loves to see all eras of the Galaxy finally receiving their fair share of recognition in the expanded universe. As a book editor by profession, he looks for the same level of storytelling and world-building in the submissions he reads. And though he speaks basic, he is anything but.
For Ep VII of we proudly present the infamous, the slightly unethical, but totally badass - Cad Bane.
This gunslinging Duros bounty hunter is all bad and business on the outside but, as always, we take things a step further. Join me and guests this week, James Abbate ( ) and Simone Rinne (.men.aus) as we get into what we think might be lurking beneath that big ole' hat of his!

Oh that naughty Angel Eyes!
What dangerous gunslinger did this venomous 1960s western villain inspire in a galaxy far, far away?
Check out Mind the Force, Episode VII, dropping this Wednesday, to find out why it may not always be so great to be the best. It can be mighty lonely at the top, people, and I dig deep into the mind of a very solitary character. Make sure to check it out! LINK IN BIO!!
