Thanks for all the new merch for the team!
athlete Barb has been working towards her goal of running a 5k the last couple months, and last night at the Phil’s Tavern 5k , she ran her first 5k! Barb finished about 3 minutes faster than her goal time and we are so proud of her hard work. Way to go, Barb! 🥇
is training for and had a long run yesterday, but today she ran a speedy 5k on tired legs and placed 1st AG and 5th female!
The race benefits brain injury patients and the work she does at JFK Johnson Rehab. Congrats Patty!
What makes a race “good” — Level Up Your Run What do you look for when you are picking a road race?
braved the heat for the blondest half marathon at marathon pace effort yesterday. Annie stayed within herself when it got tough, and finished right on target. 1st AG and 5th female overall is the cherry on top 🍒
and a first race postpartum!
gave birth to her 4th about 9 months ago, and yesterday marked her racing comeback! Sarah has been diligent about her recovery, incorporating strength and building endurance since February. We thought she’d be between 50-52 min for the blobfest 10k, and guess what, she finished an extremely hot and humid race day in 52:08! What a win.
What’s next? and a fall half. Congrats, Sarah! Also sorry for cutting off your head. 🤣
The north Jersey crew (honorary member, ) did their long runs together! Teamwork makes the dream work and the miles go by fast - 10 for Patty and 9 for Lindsay and Susan today 🫶!
Team at the Swarthmore Independence Eve 8k! and looking fast and festive🧨
Relatively new to the team, Lindsay ran the 10k on a steamy Sunday! Lindsay is training for the in November, and we are so excited to be a part of her team!
Barb is away in Nova Scotia but still getting her runs in! She has been working hard preparing for her first 5k in a couple weeks and we love her enthusiasm for running and trying new things!
was back in New York at the Queens 10k this morning - checking off all those qualifying races for 2025!
She’s always been a winner in our book, but today Annie made it official at a 5k in Nebraska 🌽
1st Female/4th overall, kicking off the cycle with a bang 💥

From Brooklyn to Sesame Street, runners were working hard this weekend!
🥇 ran a course PR and qualified for the 2025 with the 9+ 1 program
🥇 ran the sesame place 5k with her niece and met Elmo
🥇 ran her 2nd half marathon of the spring in beautiful but rainy St Michaels, MD .michaelsrun
from London! Last week Beth and her husband ran the London marathon and then had an amazing vacation. Beth had a stress fracture scare mid way through her training block, but was smart and cross trained and kept her fitness up so that when she was cleared to run she knew she would be able to make it to the finish. Cheers!

comes from Denise in Epcot! She actually completed all three distances in Walt Disney world this weekend - 5k, 10k and 10 miler 🥇🥇🥇
🚨PR alert🚨
Annie got a minute plus PR and a second consecutive BQ at the Jersey City Marathon yesterday! It was a tough day, but her fastest mile was her last mile like the gritty runner she is. Next up, after lots of rest and easy running is the Chicago Marathon!
ran the Coastal Delaware Half in Rehoboth on Sunday and earned a course PB! Jackie has been so diligent and smart about rehabbing her hip and that makes today all that much sweeter.
🥇
keeps rolling this spring season - this time running the 10 miler - 18 minutes better than her previous Cherry Blossom time, and seconds off her all time PR! Susan is CONSISTENT in her training, diligent in her cross training and a complete joy to work with. Congrats to all the cherry blossom finishers!
completed the Louisville Triple Crown of Racing this weekend with a new 15k pr (and unofficial 10k according to her watch 👏🏻). So excited for Jennifer as she heads into the home stretch of marathon training!
continues to amaze. I didn’t give her a pace plan for the because it was so soon after and we are still running for fun. Well, she went out and PR’d! Great job Susan, proud of you!
raced the half yesterday and had a PR to match the huge hill at mile 10! 2:10 ➡️ 2:02.
Good luck to all the runners tomorrow - especially team - and !
Fresh off Tokyo, ran the NYC half marathon - look at those views 🏙️
setting PR’s while marathon training 🤝
New 10k pr for Jennifer at the Louisville Triple Crown of Racing Saturday! Jennifer is in the thick of training for - so impressive!
is a six star finisher!
Susan executed every easy run, the long runs that had us doing crazy math to figure out optimum pacing to get through the checkpoints, the track workouts, the laps in the pool….If it was in her TrainingPeaks, I knew it would be checked off
✅
I am so proud to have been part of her team to help her cross the last world Major marathon finish line at Tokyo. 🇯🇵
