This page brings together my love of yoga and crafting in the community. Events will be published on this site and shared on my personal page also.
Now living in North Pembrokeshire and offering workshops twice a month at St Nicholas Village Hall.
I am about to cancel the February re-run of the craft and yoga workshop that I advertised as unfortunately I have injured myself and will be having physio to relieve the pain for the next few weeks. 16th March and 20th April will be the next Yoga and Craft workshops. Additionally I am hoping to also advertise Yoga Nidra on its own in Newport on 16th March and 21st April. Watch this space.

Finally got around to updating my Yoga Alliance Professionals Page and renewed my insurance. Really looking forward to restarting my teaching.
