The Youth Wing, Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN) is set to hold her NATIONAL CONVENTION 2023/THANKSGIVING SERVICE, with the theme: "The Role of Christian Youths in Actualizing God's Kingdom" (Math. 6:33).

It will be an awesome experience, as young people from all over Nigeria and beyond will gather to worship God in one accord.

Venue of the convention is The National Christian Center, Central Business District, Abuja. On Saturday, 22nd July 2023 by 9am prompt.

One Man you should know!

History of the pentecostal movement in Nigeria has indeed been very kind to names of God's Generals like Joseph Ayodele Babalola of the Faith Tabernacle, later turned Christ Apostolic Church and Moses Orimolade of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church. These men wrought great wonders in their days, preaching the gospel without pusillanimity, daring satanic forces and liberating hundreds of thousands in captivity. These men stepped into forbidden forests and came out unhurt. So massive was the anointing upon the lives of these men. But this history can never be complete without talking of one man, a one time spiritual gargantuan who went by the name Josiah Olunowo Ositelu.

Born in May 1900, Ositelu received the call of God at such a tender age that as at 1925, when he was just 25 years old, he founded The Church of the Lord, a unique white garment church and one of the earliest African Instituted churches. This man brought new dimension to the pentecostal movement with constant revelations and accurate prophesies. He challenged satanic authorities and successfully subjugated demonic territorial domination. Ositelu was famous for consecrated water with which many barren women conceived and those with complicated pregnancies delivered safe and sound. He was also famous for a divine language which he, under the inspiration of God, called "Holy names". In fact, in April 1927, Ositelu, in a revelation, received his own holy name " Arrabballahubbab" which he used as his personal signature. Ositelu was a threat to forces. Witches and wizards of the early 19s can attest to the tough time this man presented. He was an embodiment of power and a servant of God to the later.
