From the Curator
When I think about what I want Temple bodied to represent, I think about women everywhere that, for a second, may have doubted themselves, underestimated themselves, or even thoughtless of themselves. Temple bodied is about recognizing the divine feminine goddess assets we each hold as creators in this world and that energy in itself holds Beauty at the essence of each one of us! It's about us loving self ~ mind, body, soul and spirit. was spent sorting out all of the thoughts and beliefs I accumulated over the 30 something odd years of living. I unpacked and am still unpacking hurt and trauma. I realized what my limiting beliefs were and what I really thought of myself. In moving to change and build my confidence and self-esteem my spiritual practice was created and it seeks to balance the duality within and create oneness of the mind, body, soul, and spirit. I fell in love with the outdoors, nature, and plant life. I found passion in holistic ways of healing, yoga, and meditation. This lead me to become a certified Herbalist and Yoga Teacher (YT 200) Ultimately, I am more aware consciously and unconsciously of my thoughts and intentions as well as what my emotional body is telling me. I am aware of myself. I love me and I will always put me first. Now, I want other women to experience and practice confidence and self-love through my brand.
