*Position: Project manager (Full time)*

Job Description:
*Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
*Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
*Creating and managing long-term goals.
*Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
*Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in project management of at least 2 years,
*Good knowledge of the Tunisian entrepreneurial ecosystem,
*Good oral and written communication skills,
*Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
*Good verbal presentation, group dynamic, and facilitation skills
*Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem solver.
*Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

*Position: Community manager (Full time)*

Job Description:
*Set, plan and implement social media and communication strategies
*Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts ( page/ LinkedIn/ Instagram/ Twitter).
*Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.

Requirements:
*2 years of experience in community management or any related field
*Proven graphic designing experience
*Knowledge of online marketing
*Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
