About GHL Mastery:
GHL Mastery is a leading company in helping agencies build, position, and sell high-ticket SaaS products. We’re growing and looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring our projects are executed smoothly from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Write Proposals: Develop clear and compelling project proposals that align with client needs and business goals.

Create Scope of Work: Define and document the project’s scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

Delegate Projects to Development Team: Assign tasks and responsibilities to the development team, ensuring they understand project requirements and timelines.

QA/QC of Development Work: Oversee the quality assurance and quality control process, reviewing development work to ensure it meets standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.

HighLevel experience and a strong understanding of the platform is an absolute must.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
