As a trainer, I get this question quite a bit from the ladies...

1. Eat Food
2. Lift Heavy

In order for you to grow your bum, you’re going to be putting on some weight. Because a bigger b***y means more muscle and more muscle means a bigger number on the scale.
If you’re more concerned about the number on the scale, you’re in for a rude awakening my darling.
Growing your bum means you’re going to be adding muscle, which, you guessed it- adds to your weight.
So if you truly want to grow a b***y, you HAVE to let go of that number on the scale.
If you’ve already got a some junk in the trunk to work with then you don’t necessarily need to be eating more, but definitely lift heavy. Same advice goes for this as well, forget the scale!
FOCUS on how you feel, and be putting nutritious food in your body- and enough of it to fuel you through your heavy lifting sessions.
Food is fuel (and delicious to enjoy!) so if you’re on the b***y growing train- you will not want to be “dieting”, doing a ton of cardio, or just using bands.. those heavy weights will be your best friend!

I love the TRX for a lot of reasons, one reason in particular is to work on depth and mobility while you have the assistance of holding the TRX.

These are Single leg squats (targets Glutes and hamstrings, but honestly works everything in the leg lol)
This exercise is a great way to build up strength and mobility! Definitely stop if these hurt the knees, these are a more advanced move that can be built up to!
That’s where a trainer comes in handy!
