I’ve been seeing some new faces 👀 interacting with me on here so I just want to make it clear for those that may be wondering, what exactly it is that I do.

I am a certified Aromatherapist. I am not a certified clinical aromatherapist, (but it’s loading lol). So what does that mean? My speciality is Aromatherapy and even more specifically Herbalism.

I’ve had advanced training in the chemical composing of oils and herbs for their therapeutic effects. Advanced blending techniques, safety measures, research and observation in neuroscience and a bunch of more science things that I won’t bore you all with.

Black and white? I’m a heavy advocate for both self-care and holistic living. I created my own aromatherapy business () to really make aromatherapy make sense for people. To understand this is probably one of the easiest ways to incorporate self-care into your day to day life, and the best thing about it? THIS IS A SCIENCE. It has been clinically proven that specific scents have various health benefits and provide therapeutic effects with mood, energy and focus and nowadays we can all use a little help aligning our mind, body and soul to one accord.

Yes my Candles, incense and oils etc. smell and look great but it’s deeper than that and making that connection for people, is what I love!
