I asked a question of my whaea months ago about whether any money had ever been received from many thousands of acres of land in her name and the answer was no. No doubt this may be also a similar comment for other shareholders.
2B2B2B has been much coveted and much fought over and with this page I will happily share discoveries and actions regarding rectifying some past wrongs. I welcome any feedback and comment this page is for that purpose but also to build awareness around Trusts, Ahu Whenua, Whanau and etc and the pros and cons regarding these.
Fair warned is fair armed - my observation is there is NIL transparency around what I have seen in particular in regard to this whenua.
You can clean as many streams as you like, foster as many kiwi as you like, receive as many grants for more forestation as you like in the name of ecology and conservation but many clouds do not make a clear sky.

This is what we will see in Pipiwai if we dont step in and stop Ahu Whenua and other Trusts selling off and / or expelling occupants of land that have been in place for 20 years plus some with expired occupation orders.

Structures torn down at Taranaki property after long-standing Māori land dispute Almost a decade after being told by the courts to remove their property from a piece of land, a former New Plymouth mayoral candidate and her whānau have watched a digger pull it to the ground.
