Belated Father’s Day Love: I turn to my father when the going gets tough, when I need a friend, an adventure, a good laugh...he’s a great educator, healer, and support system in my life. He’s Howie!!!!

Three weeks ago, .callender.sax and I entered into the interstellar crying and pooping universes with our star-child of a daughter ♊️

To see my father become a grandfather and my partner become a father is an exceptional gift. Triniti has a dad who is empathetic and and compassionate; above all, Joe is truly present in her life. Thank you for receiving her and holding it all down when she arrived. 🥲

I am so happy and grateful and PROUD of us. Happy Father’s Day to all of the fathers and father figures around the world 🧡

I am resting and healing from 9 months of physiological and psychological renaissance. Togetherness in our early days as parents is sacred. We have arrived.

So I picked a new record to cover, dropping across all platforms on 4/30. 🍊🍊🍊 it’s such a process to write and release music. My goal of 2021 was to become more self sufficient in my music and I chose to record some covers so I can learn vocal engineering. It’s soooo fun and humbling to try things for the first time, suck at first, get better (eventually), the whole shebang. Especially this year. There’s no reason to hold back.
