Gideon's Bakehouse has been on my food bucket list ever since I first started seeing pictures of these insane-looking cookies on Instagram! I was lucky enough to pay a visit during my last trip down to Florida a few months ago. Ichiran has long been one of my favorite places for ramen every time I visit Japan or Hong Kong! I was so excited to find out that there is a branch just north of Times Square in Manhattan! Is it just as good as it is in Japan?
