Today, we got to celebrate my great friends business anniversary. For 3 years; not only has she continued to help lives to better nutrition. She has kept her doors open as a safe place for people to fuel their body with top nutrition and positive, motivational vibes.
As many of you know; I got to share my dance class here for a while and being able to do so tonight and remember our incredible vibes together was awesome. See health starts to catch up with age- find you friends that push you to better health, always. Life has its ups and downs but it's never ever too late to start over. Don't you ever give up- litnutrition!

Hi Beautiful People!!!
As some of you may know: my journey to why I started my class was to begin my journey raw and authentically on camera and have an open and SAFE space to be our selves in the process to finding our BEST SELF, TOGETHER.
I wanted to have a class where we can all come together to support one another on our journies to great health both mentally and physically.
Rather that's weight loss/weight management like myself or needing better over all nutrion like more energy, better supplements and a guide on how to fuel your body. Self development guidance. Accountability. Encouragement. Super FUN workout or an incredible POWERFUL gratitude circle. All things I radiate and do my very best to embody all while healing, growing, evolving and working on my health!
I will be out rejuvenating my mind and spirit till end of month.
I look forward to channeling gratitude, self reflect, enjoying a moment without chaos with my family, focusing on what fills my cup up and refueling my spirit with lots of love and good energy to return with a fulfilled spirit to continue to grow my class.
I truly love the gift I was given in connecting with people in ways a regular workout class can't. I can't wait to meet you and to continue to grow with my amazing community.

This is our 64 year old queen with her 11 year old granddaughter.
Not only does she have an alarm to come to every single class, she shows up with no excuses.
Medical, Personal, Financial issues are just things we allow to consume our present moment. Words from her who truly inspires me to breath deeply and be in the moment. We all have a story but we can find it in our hearts to change!
What's meant to be will be but what we do have control of is ourselves. Making better choices and fighting to find the happiness we all deserve.
If you've experienced my energy you'll know that even if it's a one on one session you will still get the same energy as if my room was full.
Their smiles. Their high spirits throughout and after my class, truly magnify why I do what I do.

WCW is this still a thing?? Because it's you Pretty Momma!
I mean listen..
There were days where I waited for reassurance from somebody,ANYBODY to make me feel "beautiful" and it never happened!! All along I was the person that needed to LOVE me. ACCEPT me. APPRECIATE me. APPLAUD for me.
These days even on my "not so great"days because let's face it not everyday is SUNSHINE. Some days, old habits creep in and I'm not satisfied or find a way to not be GENTLE or LOVING to myself! But; NOW, I know that those moments pass and loving yourself comes from those "not so great days" because now I LOOK at the mirror for REASSURANCE, LOVE and ACCEPTANCE and on my worst day I still find it!!!
I accept you. I admire you. I appreciate you. I am so proud of you. I LOVE YOU!
You are gorgeous. You are an inspiration. You are strong. You are courageous. YOU'RE A QUEEN!!
