Hey everyone!

Have a quick request, I have a military family we are helping and the husband is getting ready to deploy this weekend all while the family is moving to a new home. They are moving from Maine to Virginia. My client is needing a little help with odds and ends around the house to get it set up and is balancing three dogs and four kiddos during a move on her own.

I had sort of an epiphany last night that ties directly to our motto "We don't just sell insurance, we KNOW insurance" and what makes us stand our amongst our fellow agents.

Most insurance agents are sales folks who happen to sell insurance, while we are insurance people who happen to sell insurance. I put together a quick video on what that means and again why we believe we stand out amongst our fellow agents.

Things have been so busy for The Capital Agency- Powered By Goosehead Insurance so we have not been able to post as much on Facebook, but we are going to work to get better at this!

One thing we do not post much of is our sales stats and rankings because we do not feel that is an accurate measure of our actual performance or how well we are serving our clients.

However, one stat that I am most proud of above all and one that we do believe reflects our commitment to our clients is our client retention rate. Currently, we have a 94% retention rate with our clients.

Man o man what a Tuesday! Today was jam packed this morning before I had to run home to relieve the wifey since the kiddos are home today.

Started the morning with an early workout at the best gym in town Ron Rosner Family YMCA.

Then Jeff swung up from Richmond and we headed out to meet the great, Lori Bonnell and tour the new office. This place is sweet! Make sure you swing by to see her office! She was also nice enough to give us some awesome gifts for New Years!

From there we grabbed a cup of coffee with Eddie Windsor at Italian Station! Learned a lot from him and even discovered we both were members of the volunteer fire department in Spotsylavania! Really appreciate your time today!!

Then we grabbed a bite to eat at FoodE 900 Princess Ann with our good friends Joseph Goins and Michael Blodgett with The Property Lovers Real Estate Group with City Chic Real Estate.

Then came back here to four new client referrals from our amazing partners!

Thankful would be an understatement for how I feel on days like today!
