Sitting here in Panama 🇵🇦 after nearly 1 month. At the moment, it’s just me and my thoughts, or lack thereof. Here are some quick insights:

- Trump is a fighter
- We live in a matrix
- Americans are being poisoned slowly
- We Americans are still blessed
- Money matters, but it’s not everything
- Family time is precious
- Kindness is everywhere
- Community is key
- All just want to be happy, most don’t know how
- Health matters
- Heaven is found within
- Mind & body dies, but spirit lives on
- The current moment is where peace is found

Thumos brothers - evil is among us. That’s a fact.

And we keep doing what we do - living out our missions, optimizing our 8 F’s, and remaining inside our core values of love, light 💡 & strength!

A few good men can change a lot of lives & impact a bunch of destinies, I’m seeing it happen.

Physical pain is our teacher. It can bring compassion, presence and course correction if we let it.

Dads - a reminder to recognize those kids.

Compliment them for who they are (a child of God) and what they do (their effort).

Be aware of being overly critical too often.

When you blow it, recognize that too and share the ‘why’ with them, taking ownership of your expectations and limitations.

Recognition is an outwardly expression of love.

Don’t withhold it.

‘If you build it, they will come’ is mostly nonsense.

‘If you can attract them, they will come’ is more accurate.

Encouragement is like medicine for our souls.
