BPD (boarder line personality disorder) and how when we get worked up fight or flight happens. We stop thinking from the frontal cortex which is what makes us make good rational decisions. And we start thinking from the part of the brain that brings fight or flight. This causes to make irrational thoughts and actions. Normally people who have it have been through trauma and abuse.
