Recall that Appeal court had on Thursday, 13th of October 2022 pronounced Nnamdi Kanu "discharged and acquitted" which consequently generated ridiculous refusal by the Attorney general of the Federation, Abubakar Malami.

Nnamdi Kanu was expected to be released on 13th/14th, October 2022 but all expectations have proven not coming to it's manifestation. The general public have frowned at the refusal of DSS to obey the court order. Barrister. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, Nnamdi Kanu's lawyer have pointed out that DSS must first of all obey court order to free Nnamdi Kanu if at all they wish to appeal the judgement and that should be after Nnamdi Kanu is freed.

It has been 24 hours since the appeal court delivered verdict and expectations has proven not forthcoming. The development has prompted Simon Ekpa and other millions of Biafrans to take a decisive action against the Terrorist Federal government of Nigeria.

The Honorable Attorney General of the Federation (Abubakar Malami, SAN) is aware of the existence of this Nigeria Extradition Act, Cap E25, Laws of the Federation 2004, particularly the compelling provision of Section 15 of this Extradition Act, yet, he proceeded on a gross violation of this Law, to participate in the criminal abduction of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from Kenya, and extraordinarily renditioned him to Nigeria, instead of subjecting him to this extradition proceedings as also mutually provided under Kenyan Laws.

Pertinent to note that this same AGF also subjected the disgraced/suspended ACP Abba Kyari to the same extradition proceedings before the Nigerian Court. So, why was Mazi Nnamdi Kanu not afforded the same opportunity before he was forcefully renditioned to Nigeria?

The law is now settled that the Attorney General of the Federation and his accomplices, committed an act of terrorism under their own very Law, for the manner in which they violated international laws with impunity in the forceful abduction and rendition of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to Nigeria.

It is to be noted also that, Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is by virtue of the provisions of another Nigeria Law under Section 2(3)(f) of the Terrorism Prevention (Amendment and Prohibition) Act, 2022, a victim of terrorism. Abubakar Malami SAN is equally aware of the provisions of this law.

In a saner/civil society, the Attorney General of the Federation and his accomplices would be in the prison cooling off, for their flagrant violation of Nigeria Laws, which constitutes an act of terrorism. However, and most unfortunately, we are in a country of "anyhowness", where anything goes.
