TAKE A DEEP BREATH 🧘🏽‍♂️ LEARN HOW TO ESCAPE EMERGENCY MODE

You will be okay, you are not your own thoughts. You are just in a beta state which means you are very aware to your outworld, this activates your stress response. Meditation functions by allowing you to focus on your breath to disrupt the pattern loop. You move from beta to alpha easily because alpha is essentially staring into space by analyzing information. Meditation will transition you from alpha to theta which puts you in a state where you’re half awake & half asleep. You are programmable in this state because this state leaves no door in between your subconscious & conscious mind. The next brain wave is the delta wave, you are now in your sleep wave. There are very little activated areas of consciousness. Falling asleep to meditation is common

The key 🔑 is to sense when you are in these key brain waves. Mediation is meant for you to see what you don’t want to see. Once you see it, then you can change it by becoming emotionally involved with the being you want to become . . . .

I love my life because when I experience unpleasant situations a new desire is born . . . Be grateful but be eager for more 🕊

Leadership is influence. Nothing more, nothing less. Leaders cast the vision & make it plain so those who see it will run.
