It’s awesome to see this project come alive. It’s been full of lessons of dealing with situations beyond my control with covid set backs. It’s the largest project I’ve tackled so it’s been amazing to challenge myself. Working with the kids and has been a blessing in a tough time. Art therapy be too real. Keep posted for progress!!

Finally got around to trying these new soft core pencils my sister and brother-in-law got me for Christmas! Wicked fun new medium to try out. It’s like a very forgiving pastel set. They have really cool blending properties. Set with matte acrylic sealant.

We out here priming this wall getting ready to do this mural for . After about a month and some change of concept work we are finally getting into laying paint down. It’s just primer today but I’m already so excited to be out here doing what I love the most. My life is completely blessed. I’m living a dream.

I’ve been offline for a little while not posting new content. Here’s an update! I have been working on a large 8’ x 22’ mural for Highland High School. It’s a great opportunity that I am really excited to be given. This is a first outline (the letters will be themed and have their own sketches that I may or may not post tbd). The border is made up of 80 unique native species of New Mexican flowers. This is a ton of fun and a great learning experience to be working with and his students to get the ideas all put together. I have Shirts and Pins still. I am simultaneously working on another painting that will be given away! I will be doing a giveaway in the next month for promotion of my page.
