Something easy today.

ONLY eight center cut pork chops, no bone, smothered gravy with mushrooms and onions. Two pork chops per container and double side of jasmine rice. Orders are ready.

Quick update, had a family member pass away, this is why I have not cooked this week. At this time, I do not know when I’ll cook again, because my time is spent with my family.

I will say, Fulton Oysterfest is going on, I encourage all of you that follow me, to go out and support this great group of men and women. All proceeds fund what they do for us daily.

I’ll be taking orders for 18 center loin cut pork chops, no bone. They will be smothered gravy chops, with or without onions and mushrooms. They will come two pork chops to a container and two sides. You can choose between jasmine rice, and fresh broccoli.

You can have a side of each or double up on the sides and exclude one or the other.

Orders need to be placed by Wednesday by noon. Please do not pay until I’ve received your order and confirmed with you. You can pay with venmo at Rptbam.

$20 a container. They will be ready Friday early afternoon.

$5 delivery charge locally for Rockport and Fulton area.

Just to clear some things up, because I have been asked by a few.

This is not a restaurant. I do not just take any request. I am very open to your suggestions, maybe things you’d like to see offered at some point. I may or may not end up setting a weekly menu, undecided at this time. Some things I may take a pre order for, because I know how much of a product I have. Some things I may not take pre orders because until I’m done cooking, I will not know how much I have to sell.

For now, I cook when I’m off from my main full time job. It is whatever I feel like, or want to cook for that day. This is what works for me right now, in my free time. I’m still learning what works best for myself and ya’ll. Hope this helps. Thanks!

Chicken and dumplings!

These boxes have two portions per dish, little over a cup of meat per box. These are not canned biscuits, this is a true drop biscuit, like your grandmother made ya! They are dense, and hold their texture for about 3 days.

I have 7 boxes up for sale. Orders are confirmed by payment, and a message from me.

Mix of ground beef, and Italian sausage, pasta, sauce and asiago, italian cheese and mozzarella. $50 for the larger casseroles. Smaller portion price depending on size.
