Get fit or fitter with a smile ... With the years, I have perfected a training method for running. It helped me achieving objective results and durable improvements and motivate others to start to run and engage in popular running challenges. This training method is now available to you: join our running sessions and enjoy the benefits of training together just for the fun of it or to become a better runner! Never run alone ... Life is too short for missing opportunities!
Dear running friends and followers, here we are ... the end of Move.Me running activities for the coming weeks and months of 2022.
If and when I plan to resume the sessions, I will let you know personally.
It has been a pleasure and a privilege to train with you.
Thank you for your financial support all along. These contributions were put to good use with associations such as Street Nurses and Médecins Sans Frontières.

Some of you already know and some don't, so here is an update.
As of May 1st 2022, Move.Me will suspend its running activities until further notice.
The page will remain active but running sessions will no longer be offered.
A warm thank you to those have been supporting the effort in the last 2 years. It has been a rewarding experience.

Today is another good day and, again, I am very proud ... Not of myself of course but proud to have around me generous and enthusiastic people who support a project, the runners from Move.Me!
With their trust and financial contribution, my running group has donated 500€ to Médecins Sans Frontières to support the people in Ukraine.

Xmas Run - Update #2
The second Xmas run (distance 10+ km) will take place on Sunday 19 December.
Meeting point: ADEPS Sports Center at Foret de Soignes in Auderghem (see picture below)
Starting time for the run: 10:00 (so please arrive a few minutes earlier)

Distance: 10+ km or thereabout
