Christine Essential Oils

My decluttering process started from end of last year, slowly giving away/throw things that we don't use for long time. It feels good to clear the house. Somehow there are still a lot to get rid, it shall continue after CNY.

I had 2 Indonesian cleaners came over few days ago to help. They are quite amused with 1 thing.

Cleaner 1: Mem, mana sabun utk cuci lantai?

Me: pakai botol yang saya bagi tadi. Campur air saja.

Cleaner 2: Mem, mana sabunnya utk cuci cermin?

Me: pakai sama juga.

Cleaner 1: Mem, kok detergen mau bersihkan tandas sama juga ya?

Me: iya , sama juga sih. Engak mau guna lain, guna aja botol yang comel itu (my Bahasa Indonesia a bit better by end of 2nd hour 😄)

I am just in love with the simplicity of this one bottle of Thieves household cleaner. 1 bottle for everything. Plus it is very safe for everyone at home too

Abundance essential oil, you have to try it yourself. I love the smell of it (it has orange, frankincense, patchouli,clove, ginger, cinnamon bark, spruce).

This oil is created to enhance the frequency of the harmonic energy field that surrounds us. This higher frequency creates what is called "the law of attraction," which refer to things we attract ourselves. Isn't that awesome?

We made perfume from essential oils today. It was fun!🥰. The smell was amazing! (PLUS you get to from your perfume!). Just perfect for a Christmas gift or any occasion. I am giving one bottle of perfume to someone who has never try perfume made from essential oils yet, cepat DM me 😊

My choice of essential oils for those relaxing moments ❤

Even before breakfast, we use so many products already (from soap, shampoo, moisturizers, perfumes, deodorants, lipstick, mascara, etc). Moisturizer alone can contain over 30 different chemicals and perfume up to 400 (could be more).

Many years ago, I couldn’t be bothered about this but as I read more and as I realized that my sinus had gone worse, I decided to do something. I ditched the products I used at that time to plant-based products, not all at once, I called it baby steps, one by one.

First thing I throw was my perfume (still penuh, sayang juga at that time). Now, I am using my own DIY perfume made from essential oils. It smells heavenly. It does not last long like the the perfume I bought previously but I surely got rid of those almost 400 chemicals from my daily life (from that perfume alone!). I am glad with that decision.

I am making this blend for a friend who is having some difficulty in sleeping. I remember the first time I diffuse lavender from Young Living, I slept so well till morning. I really appreciate that, to have quality sleep. For this blend, can just apply on wrist, behind ears and under the feet before bedtime.

We take the boys out for a camping trip today. These are what I choose to bring with us;

1. Insect repellent (DEET free, 100% plant-based formula-effective for mosquitos, ticks and fleas)-THIS IS A MUST

2. Peace and calming roller blend-in case the kids having difficulty to fall asleep

3. Digize & peppermint-I need these oils for my digestive support

4. Lavender-it's like a Swiss Army knife, can use for a lot of things (ie: bruise, cuts, mosquitoes bite, sleep etc)

5. Kidscents range for the kids (no need to dilute for 2 years and above)

6. White angelica- I always take White Angelica if we go to new places.

7. Purification-I drop the oil on aroma stone diffuser to get rid of fly and mosquitos.

Thieves Household Cleaner

I never knew how much toxins were hiding in my cleaners and how much money I was spending on them. I also never realized how much of those toxins were related to my headaches, low energy and even poor sleep! Enter Thieves Cleaner… our home smells like Christmas every day now and there are no concerning ingredients in it. In fact, we are all breathing better than we ever have! Our sense of smell is more powerful than we think it was. It has great influence over our thoughts, emotions, moods, behavior and memories.

Aromatherapy is by no means a miracle solutions for deep emotional issues, but many studies suggest that they do help relieve particular emotional issues.

Over the years, I learned how to manage my emotions with essential oils. It has been a wonderful journey. I didn't say it works every single time (some days, the emotions are just too overwhelming which is ok) but it is definitely worthwhile & I feel much calmer.

Frankincense Essential Oil.

I love this oil. It  is one of the best essential oils for grounding and focus. Thus is one of the oils I often diffuse when my 9 year old is having his online classes. We can apply 1-2 drops behind the neck and on the temples. I usually don't dilute but for my son, I will dilute with V-6.

It’s really gentle so you don’t have to dilute but you can with a carrier oil if you prefer.
