&Remodeling

It may not look like much, but SIGNIFICANT progress since our last post. The foundation is completed and stem walls are in. Our under-slab rough plumbing and inspections are completed. We are ready to pour the garage floor.

While all this is going on, we are working to finalize window and door orders. 💪👊👏

Many of those close to us know that after over 25 years in business in the Boston area we came to the Gulf Coast in 2017. Last week we received a kind message from one of our former clients from Brookline, MA for whom we completed a number of projects in their beautiful home. We were so flattered and really look forward to building more relationships like this in FL.

It's been a while since our last post, but we're entering the final stages outside. Just a few railings to install, a bit of landscaping, and the outside will be complete....yay!

Another delivery

We have passed our insulation inspection. TB Plumbing of Ozona was in the house yesterday to install the shower membranes. While this may not look like much, this is a key step before the tile can go in. They did a great job.
