π±2 handful of any dal and 1 bay leaf

π± Basil or parsley leaves
π± Boil them all till tender

π± Add salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder
π± Add the boiled veggies
π± Add 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
π± Use an immersion blender and blend
Garnish with paprika and pepper for a lil hotness and grated vegan cheese for that umami taste!
Serve with toast and butter and have the most satisfying vegan soup ever! π₯³

Very easy fix for a quick delicious treat!
π’TIPS:
πPan grill your pressed tofu with salt, pepper and nutritional yeast for that extra taste punch!
πYou may add any hot sauce to your marinade. Tabasco goes well but so does chilli sauce!
π Cashew nuts are among the best nuts you can add in the last five mins.

Hello people! Trying this recipe today. Totally delicious and creamy Korma to be enjoyed with naan/paratha or rice!

Tweaks:
I blended soaked cashew nuts and vegan milk for extra creamy consistency. Let me also add that you can omit oil from this recipe (thatβs what I did!) As for spices, I used less turmeric but added more paprika and chilli powder for extra taste and that saffron color!

INGREDIENTS:
β’ 1 Β½ cup whole wheat flour
β’ 1 tbsp flax seeds
β’ 3 tbsp oatmeal
β’ 1 ΒΌ tsp baking powder
β’ 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional - for a cheesy flavour).
β’ 2/3 cup water (or non-dairy milk for a rich taste)
β’ 3 tbsp olive oil
β’ 1 tsp salt
β’ 1 tbsp oregano
β’ Pinch of sesame seeds

A hot and rich taste, this recipe is a feast for the sense! You like hot, cheesy sauce? So do we! This mexican recipe can be adapted to use any pasta that is in small pieces; macaroni, ganzet, coquillettes or similar! I have used non-dairy cheese and can be substituted by dairy cheese for those who want to make this recipe vegetarian.
INGREDIENTS
Half Tbsp olive oil
Half medium onion
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp paprika powder
200 grams diced tomatoes
75-100 gms tomato puree
200 grams kidney beans
Half cup corn
1 cup macaroni or any substitute
Half cup shredded vegan (or veg) cheddar
