One year ago, Liban Fresh was born in the heart of Lebanon, in our precious villages. One year later, we are celebrating the formation of LIBAN FRESH.

Despite all the chaos and challenges this year has brought, we were able to transform all this uncertainty into hard work, team work, dedication and commitment.

Through the highs and lows of this journey, Liban Fresh was able to enter markets in different countries in Europe, the MENA region and Africa.

We are so humbled to be part of an incredibly helpful and supportive team. 365 days full of hard work, mistakes, failures, sweat, accomplishments, learning and growth.

We can proudly say that each one of us grew more attached and connected with the purpose behind Liban Fresh – bringing home away from home to Lebanese expats all over the world.

To harvest the perfect piece of olive 🫒 is indeed the art of a farmer.
Olives also considered as part of the fruit family, are ready to get passionately picked off trees starting in August through late November.
Whether you want to press the olives or turn them into olive oil will indicate when is the perfect time to pick these green beauties.
Their color starts with a rosy touch and finishes off by turning black! Once they turn green and mature, it is the perfect time to pick, brine and press them.

In fact, Lebanon is the ancient home to the oldest living olive trees in the world. To take good care of these trees is to cherish our country’s precious heritage.. 🇱🇧
