Yesterday I was reminded of how blessed I am & of the wonderful people in my life.

By Nicole Biscotti, M.Ed. Luisa moved to the United States from Navolato in Sinaloa, Mexico and began attending the high school in her new neighborhood. The school promptly identified her as an English Language Learner and began providing her with English language instruction to address language, a very obvious and tangible barrier in intercultural communication.
