My guy is still not feeling great. It’s looking like another doctor appointment is in his future tomorrow.
What does that mean for Saturdays market?
Unfortunately I will not be able to provide any loaves of bread. I want to be able to give you the freshest breads and with this unplanned trip tomorrow, it’s just not possible.
However I will still be able to offer these delicious items ⬇️ ⬇️

Need an idea for dinner?
How about a fresh loaf sourdough. Sliced, and topped with some turkey, cheddar cheese, bacon and avocado (add some chipotle mayo if you’re feeling fancy🤭) Pop it on the stove until golden and crispy. YUM.
OR
Grilled cheese ( I prefer provolone and cheddar) and tomato soup.

I was asked (along with other great bakers/chefs of our base community) to participate in a farmers market!
The jar on the right is what I usually use for my starter. However with all of the baking I need to do I’m going heavy duty with my new jar.
If you have base access it will be on the end of Rigel Dr on the 16th from 11-2! 🥖 🥯

Good morning! I just wanted give you all a heads up.
As much as I love baking, being a mother comes first and foremost. My oldest has pneumonia so I’ll be taking a time off until he feels better.
