What are finances?
It is definitely not worth identifying these concepts. To begin with, the concept of "finance" is much broader than the concept of "money". Money is a tool that allows you to solve certain tasks. Finance, on the other hand, is the movement of money, a tool that opens up ways to increase it.
Finance is a set of economic relations that arise against the background of the use, formation or distribution of monetary funds.
Also, this word can be called a certain amount of material values. Moreover, finance always has an owner – an enterprise, a region, a state or a person.
Money is put into monetary funds, and when these funds, in turn, are formed, used, distributed, they are transformed into finance. So, the simplest thing you can remember is that finance is money "in motion". Any financial system is based on this definition, and it does not matter whether it is global or private.
We often hear phrases like "public finance", "the global financial system" and so on. This is the very movement of money that we talked about above.
