The most common question I get when people ask about my weight loss journey, is HOW I did it. But never WHY I started my journey. I’m 2015, I was unhappy, unhealthy and really struggling. I was working at a credit union and saw someone on the video camera. I didn’t notice her. I pointed to the monitor and asked my manager “who IS that?” It was me. I didn’t even recognize myself. I knew then, that it was time for a change. I joined a gym, showed up for classes 3x a week and started paying attention to what I was putting into my body. If this sounds like you, or someone you know, I’d like to chat. My DM’s are always open 📲
