I have been into baking a lot of breads lately. This is a Starbucks Copycat Lemon Loaf. This is an easy recipe for lemon loaf cake and it tastes even better than Starbucks' lemon loaf. This lemon loaf is soft, moist and filled with fresh lemon flavor. It tastes so GOOD!

I recently visited Hawaii and I was obsessed with eating fresh banana bread for every meal 😄. It was so delicious that when I got home I knew I had to make myself some fresh banana bread. I feel like these are a cross between brownie muffins and banana bread. These Double Chocolate Banana Muffins are fudgy, moist, packed with banana flavor. It is the perfect snack or breakfast treat.

It is my birthday today! I am celebrating by baking up a storm in my kitchen. I am not going to lie, I have baked myself a cake, tons of cookies, and of course these DELICIOUS brownies! These are nontraditional brownies with pistachios, almonds, and blueberries. They are fudgy and so rich. Trust me these brownies are amazing!

It is finally fall season and that means it is apple picking season! Fall season is the best season! I went apple picking last weekend so I was inspired to make these cookies. They are Spiced Apple Molasses Cookies. The cookie is filled with all those fall flavors that are rich and delicious with fresh apple mix-in for a juicy crunch. The inside is perfect with a gooey center and a crispy outer edge. These are my kind of cookies. 😀 They are DELICIOUS! 🍎🍏❤️

These cookies are so DAMN GOOD! They are like if a Rice Krispie Treat and Sugar Cookie had a baby they would create these Rice Krispie Treat Sugar cookies. You are chewy and gooey with an extra crunch from the Rice Krispies. Of course, swirled with extra marshmallow fluff to get that Rice Krispie flavor. 🍪❤️

Hello everyone, I am back! I took some time off from social media because I had a lot going on in my personal life. I got married, bought a house, ran a half marathon, and now I am in the process of a kitchen remodel. My kitchen is a work in progress but as always I am baking away. I am creating many fun sweet desserts to share with everyone. Of course today I have to share a cookie recipe and this one is one of my favorites. It has been in the making for awhile and I finally perfected the recipe. This is an OREO MALT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE. Think Oreo Cookie meets Chocolate Chip meets Oreo Malt Milk Shake. Strawberry Yogurt Bowl. This breakfast dessert was inspired by a classic scottish dessert called Cranachan. Cranachan is a dessert with berries and cream that is served for celebrations. I turned the dessert into a healthy yogurt bowl with crushed walnuts, oats, and sweet strawberries on top. It is absolutely delicious! A light, sweet, refreshing breakfast dessert. 🍓❤️
✔️ 1/2 cup greek yogurt
✔️ 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
✔️ 3 tbsp oats
✔️ 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
✔️ 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
✔️ 2 tablespoons honey
Toast up the oats and walnuts on the stove and set aside. Crush up fresh strawberries and toss will a drizzle of honey. Slice fresh strawberries and set aside.

To a bowl, add the yogurt, crushed strawberries and sliced strawberries. Sprinkle the toasted oats and walnuts. Add the cinnamon and nutmeg. Drizzle the remaining honey and enjoy!

Strawberry Coconut Cardamon smoothie Light and refreshing. This smoothie is so creamy and nutrious. It is tasty breakfast smoothie to start your day.
✔️ 1/2 cup strawberries frozen
✔️ 4 tbsp shredded coconut
✔️ 1 cup of milk
✔️ 1 scoop of protein powder
✔️ 3 tbsp almonds
✔️ 1 tsp honey
✔️ 2 tsp cardamon
✔️ 3-4 ice cubes
Add the ingredients to the blender and blend. Pour into cups and enjoy for breakfast!

Cherry and strawberry pie! I have to admit I am in love with fruit pies. They are easy to make and taste so sweet. This pie pairs tart cherries with sweet strawberries which is an amazing combination. The truth is I couldn't decide which fruit I wanted to add into this pie so I add both strawberries and cherries. It is so good! 🍒🍓🥧❤️

Berry Oat Smoothie. Delicious. Nutrious. Colorful. This smoothie has all the flavors you want and leaves you wanting a second glass. It is so delicious!
✔️ 1 cup berries (blueberries and raspberries are my fav)
✔️ 1/2 frozen banana
✔️ 1/2 orange
✔️ 1 cup of milk
✔️ 1 scoop of protein powder
✔️ 1/3 cup oats
✔️ 3-4 ice cubes
Please the ingredients in a blender. Blend it all up and enjoy!

I have a new delicious bar recipe to share. These shortbread caramel bars are absolutely delicious! They are soft, sweet, and so addicting! It is a shortbread cookie crust with a rich caramel sauce and then a shortbread crumble on top. You have to try out this recipe. These bars are amazing! They are inspired by tan squares a classic baked good in New Zealand.
