Happy therapeutic tuesday! One of the lovely followers made a visual board!

What is a visual board?
This board is a visual representation of your goals. The intent of the boards is to help you achieve them. Research backs it up that having a visual board you will most likely achieve them. It increases your motivation, confidence, and performance. Not only does it have so many positive aspects, you get to spend some self care time making it and you can get creative.

This person in particular took so much time and energy to complete this and I cannot wait to see how much they will achieve.

I’m late from my check in but tomorrow I have a shoutout to do and I’m excited!

I wasn’t live yesterday to check in because of a Bday, and I started a new job, but know that I need some self care soon! What are you doing to help you get through some changes in your life?

Therapeutic Tuesday is here! I spent some time today putting this piece together by adding some beautiful flowers! It’s long overdue since I painted this for the LGBTQIA community but it’s here!

I’ve been MIA. I took a short mental health break, and a financial break to surround myself in some self-care.

In other words,
I’d like to dedicate my therapeutic Tuesday by sharing to you what I did today to help me.

I read a book today. It’s been many years since I’ve read a book, more so one that I am interested in. I finally read a book. To cut this short, I feel relieved, I feel like I am moving forward.

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know, I’ve been working on some stuff and my fbook page has been acting up. But I’m still here! Will keep you guys posted.

It has been a difficult year.

I was one of many people to have been furloughed due to the pandemic. It was hard for me. It was so hard I started experiencing anxiety and depression. I had a difficult time thinking positive. I was struggling with job searching, I was afraid for my safety because I was racially profiled for bringing COVID to US, and I began gaining weight from stress eating.

It’s just been a tough year. Some of us have lost a loved one from COVID, some of us have watched our loved one suffer from COVID, and some of us overcame it. But it doesn’t seem like it will end does it?

It’s just a difficult year. It’s so hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. More importantly it feels lonely.

But I found hope, faith, and positivity. Sometimes I can’t find it, but I found some. Enough to keep me going, enough to not give up. And that’s all I need sometimes... and I hope that this post is enough for you too.. to find yourself, find some faith and keep moving forward and never give up. COVID sucks. But you’re not alone.
