Souwannacook
Let me be your guide on this journey of wonderful tastes and new sensations. This is a creative outlet that anyone can enjoy. Hi, my name is Rustam.
Best of all, it does not require any special, artistic talent. It can be fun, challenging and extremely rewarding. I grew up in a multicultural family. My mother was a nice Jewish girl from Queens and my father was born in Iran. My mom’s mother was a bookkeeper and worked many hours. She was the sweetest grandmother you could ask for but could not cook to save her life with a few exceptions. Marni
I have revised my stuffing / dressing recipe so it is shorter and less cumbersome, by eliminating all the alternative sized ingredient lists in the original and added a couple of tips. The second link is the original post in case you need help proportioning for a smaller dish.

Creating from the Pantry Here I share with you my own creative process in the kitchen. This may give you insight as to how easy it is to create your own recipe.
If you can love, you can cook
Many people get hung up on not having the skills or patience to cook.
But if you are able to love you can cook too.
“That’s crazy!” you say. “Everyone can love, but not everyone can cook”. I contend there are different ways love can and cooking relate to each other.
• Doing it together is the best of times, cherish this time together, learn from one another, enjoy the secrets that you might not share in a more formal
• Cooking something that you love to eat can inspire you so that you can have it when you want and share it with friends and loved ones
• Making comfort food for someone who is ill or sad because you want to make them happy and see that beautiful smile on their face when you walk in that delicious dish

It's EVOO Time
The subject of much debate, here I share my thoughts on it.

EVOO – It’s not just for dressing anymore? Extra Virgin Olive Oil is great for dipping bread and making dressings. Cooking with it is controversial. Here I explore the pros and cons of this.

It has been a while since I last reached out to all of you. My final result was 7th place in the Favorite Chef competition. Unfortunately I needed to get to 5th but I have been basking in the knowledge that you all were so supportive and got me further into the competition than I imagined with so many others being established chefs.
As I promised in my last post, I am moving onto the next stage of developing souwannacook to lean less heavily on family and friends for support, should another opportunity arise. Please consider clicking on the link below. It will take you to the blog. Then click on the blue Follow button the Home page, right hand side. Enter your email information and submit. Do not worry, I am only given the name associated with the email address of Followers, not the address itself. Here is the link:
www.souwannacook.blogspot.com/
FYI, this feature was not available when I first set up the blog, but suddenly appeared as an option a few weeks ago.
Further below the Follow button is a place to Follow by Email. They are not the same. Google and other search criteria only recognize the count of Followers that use the blue button. Follow by Email will provide you with an automated notification of new postings but doesn’t help my ratings.
Feel free to do this, but the purpose of reaching out to you is the blue Follow button. I haven’t fully developed my business model, but one of the criteria for Google Ads is the number of actual followers you have.
I know there are a lot of you out there that can give me great input on either the blog or the business model and your input is more than welcome and very appreciated.
Lastly, I have been researching Instagram and have put few posts there. It is not fully developed yet and I plan to reach out to you for follows in the near future. My Instagram is also souwannacook for those that prefer to get this all done in one session.
Thinking of you all as we enter a new season of renewal and a growing awareness of the struggles that humankind faces on a daily basis.

Hey all! This is my last-ditch effort to stay in the running. Still in 7th place with about 3 hours left to vote. This is your final chance to show some love. On the other hand, now I can get focused on the blog and getting my Instagram going, so I will be writing to you about those in the coming days. I am going to build up the following there so I won’t have to lean on all of you so heavily next time. You have all been so supportive and I can’t thank you enough, even though I will be asking for more from you soon, LOL.

It is that time once again. But I am sad to report that I have slipped back to 7th place. However, I am content. I never expected to get this far, and I have learned a lot in the process, including what great friends I have, work I need to do on my blog and expanding into Instagram. I finally put my first post up there yesterday. I also discovered that only 25% of the proceeds from your donations for Feeding America go to the charity. I apologize that I was not aware of this when I encouraged you to donate. If you have a chance to vote I will still be grateful. Thank you for all that you have done to help me.

With a little over 48 hours left in this round, I find myself in 6th place in my group through your amazing actions. I. I feel I have already won by having you in my life.
