It seems every time we get close to an upcoming long weekend, there’s always this feeling of tiredness, anticipation, and excitement because of how much we’re looking forward to the extra rest time we can get.
Yet with all the excitement we always make plans and then end up being busy, and exhausted!
Just a reminder that sleep is always the best form of healing, and that although food is the best supplement for healing that it’s also important you give your mind and body time to rest and replenish balance. Have a great weekend everyone.
