Hello ladies, Welcome you to the Balanced Feminine by Suj

This delicate creature has a powerful story: The dragonfly spends its first years of life living in the water. One day, when it is ready to change, the dragonfly climbs up a reed and miraculously begins to breathe air, crawling out from its old skin and unfolding the majestic wings which were there within its body all along. It is now carried by these wings to a new existence; a new plane of reality, which would seem too fantastic to be real to its other tiny friends still living in the pond.

The challenges we face in life will leave us forever changed. As the dragonfly’s story illustrates, we may even appear to vanish to our friends, but we have simply changed forms. A challenging life path can allow us to gather the strength needed to use the inner courage we’re born with. After this difficult transformation, survivors and those who fought gain a new and beautiful kind of power.

There are stories of those who believe dragonflies visit us sometimes as messengers from loved ones who have passed on after undergoing this transformative journey, so keep this tale in mind the next time you see a dragonfly.

Before you heal someone, ask them if they are willing to give up the things that make them sick.

Ayurvedic Medicine has its roots in knowledge gained through the centuries. This ancient science had pictorial depiction of the growth of a baby in utero long before Ultrasound was invented.

This science focuses on the micro rather than the macro and recognises that it is in the small things and simple pleasures that life thrives.

I am honoured and humbled to be able to bring a small part of this science to you. I will be presenting a small talk at Woodford Library on the 6th February 2024 on how Ayurveda can move the body towards fertility.

If you can't make it on the day or to that lication, you can also join me at the Burpengary Library in the 15th February 2024.

Look forward to meeting you there.

The past few days have been a roller coaster ride for me. I feel as if things are up and down and I felt out of control.

I am trying something new with the launch of my new product and it has been quite stressful to say the least. 😢

On some nights I have that "tired but wired" 🥱 thing going on. So what did I do? I stayed up late chatting on social media catching up on messages that have piled up. 🤦‍♀️

Knowing that PCOS can be exacerbated in such mental states.. I lost my way.

I honestly can admit that I did not know how to decompress while dealing with the pressure of the a new launch.🙆‍♀️

So this post is a reminder to me as much as it is for all you women reading this - You are ready to find your balance again.

It might be challenging to forge your own path, one that is right for you but it is essential that you find what works for you and cling to it.

Here's what I have decided to try to relieve my stress:

🌳A trip to the park (bonus - time with my daughter)

🛀Some me time before bed soaking in a bath

⏳Setting new boundaries on the time I give those who seek help

🥑Plan to eat better than the unplanned impromptu meals I put together

💊Remember my teas, hydration and supplements.

You can start too! By finding what work for you and can help reduce hormonal imbalances. Supplements like Magnesium, Vitamin D are all great for mental health.

You can get your hands on my full list of natural & pharmaceutical supplements - The Oomph Factor.

Feel free to DM me if you would like to know more.

So I had an amazing day launching my low ticket offer - "Eat For Fertility". I spent some time yesterday speaking to some women who wanted to know more about it.

A few took action right away.. You go girl!!

Some said it was not what they where looking for.. Fair enough!!

And then there were some women who were unable to decide for different reasons. I wanted to bring some up here as I know many of you might have these thoughts.

💲💲 Will it be worth the $37 investment? Ask yourself what would it be worth to you:
🥑to understand nutrition in a way that works for you.
💭Having crystal clear clarity on what supports your body's ability to support creating a life.
⏳to not lose precious time and speed track your fertility journey

🩺💊💉🧫I may look into it again after my doctor's appointment

I get that there is a lot of people succeeding with conventional fertility treatments. But what did they go through before getting that success. Their heartache that came with cycles of failed fertility treatments and loss of pregnancies is not advertised 😢

Synthetic hormones cannot do much if the internal environment does not support fertilization or implantation. It does very little to improve egg quality. Looking to heal and conceive naturally using nutrition would do all of that and more. Even reverse PCOS!

🤔Let me consult with my partner
Yes, by all means - after first understanding if this good for you and do your research. If you are talking to me and getting all the deets then chances are you are almost there. When you are convinced that it is the right choice for you then the persuasive powers of a woman knows no bounds.

So talk to your other half.. talk them into the idea [if need be] that it is in your best interest to start soon and try to do this naturally.

I am rooting for each an every woman (& couple of course!) trying to overcome the day-to-day struggles of fertility. If you would like to take control of your fertility journey and don't know where to start, here's the tip:

Start with 2 important aspects - start looking into you eat (nutrition) and start tracking your cycles (basal body temperature).

If you have any questions please feel free to DM me and I will be happy to get back to you. Baby dust to all!

Congratulations to another one of my beautiful clients getting their BFP. So inspiring to watch my clients' transformation. Reminds me of the reason I started doing this.

This result has come to someone who moved heaven and earth to improve her fertility health and you can do so too. All you need is consistent small steps in the right direction.

What did she do to get to this happy place?
🥑 Shifting diet to a Nutrition focused one
🚶‍♀️ 🏊‍♀️ Moderate restorative activity
📈 Consistent ongoing cycle tracking
💊☘️ Supplementation with what was needed
🧘‍♀️🛀 Destressing regularly

You may not need to take some of these steps or are already rocking it, but may need help some other aspects like:
🧠 Mindset
💤 Getting proper sleep
☣️ Detoxing

Oftentimes all you need is some help to see the missing pieces of your fertility puzzle. And this is where you can benefit from having a fertility coach guide you through the process of TTC. From irregular cycles to pregnancy in 90 days.

If you are on the fence about getting some help or are keen on going the natural route reach out to me via DM or comment to see how I can help you.

28 Day SelfGrowth Plan - Day 2: The Miracle Morning

This 15 minute read showed me how 6 minutes of every morning can put you on track to living the life you desire.

I would like to share something I read today - Life SAVERS:
S - Silence
A - Affirmations
V - Visualization
E - Exercise
R - Reading
S - Scribing

Spending a minute on each of these activities in the mornings seems very doable even for the time poor.

Hope this adds to your life as it has added to mine!

I am on a 28 day personal development plan where I get a tailored reading plan. 15 minutes a day only

Day 1: Mini Habits

The Mini Habits strategy is forcing yourself to take 1-4 “stupid small” strategic actions every day. These actions are too small to fail and too small to skip for special occasions.

If you want lasting change form habits and make it a lifestyle.

PCOS is not managed on diets but with habits. A lifestyle is formed through habits.

If you are curious as to how you can change your food habits & lifestyle, to improve fertility and manage PCOS watch this space.

"Peayut butter.. sooo tasty"

My daughter is always waiting to get a taste of her dollop of "peanut butter" straight off the processor.

And today she expressed her pleasure for the first time in words instead of her usual appreciative ”hmmmm".

The journey I am on not only to give myself the best chance at staying healthy, but also to ensure my little girl grows up healthy and does not get diagnosed with PCOS when she grows up.

My practices are to make sure she doesn't ingest or use any endocrine disrupting substances. I pay attention to nutrition rather than weight (which is on the lower side according to her doctor).

I have heard people say it is time consuming and I was one of them until I started implementing these practices one by one.

This one took me 15 minutes to whip up and lasts me a month. It takes the guesswork out of my everyday breakfast.

I use it for:
Sandwiches with my homemade jams
Blissballs for snacking
In my smoothie
To flavor my chia pudding
Or just as a dip with apple, pears or even celery.

All it takes is four ingredients:
Roasted (unsalted peanuts), Himalayan salt,
Coconut sugar and
Gingelly (Sesame) oil

And a processor to give it a whirl in.

It is a great source of:
Protein
Healthy fats
And calcium

Seeing is believing 👀! Right?

In my live workshop on Friday, I have taken you through my own journey - changing my relationship with food.

And for me the highlight 🔥 of the event was showing you all the food I had made with nutrition in mind.
Pictures that I had taken for my personal IG posts when I still had no idea if I was on the right track.

Did I commit to creating the right environment within myself to carry and nurture life? I 💯 percent did!

Did I have my moments of self-doubt 😕? Absolutely yes!

Did I think that this change is sustainable and that I will continue to keep that balance with food? Definitely not! 😒

Yet, here I am today still going strong and I have
💪 my commitment

💪 my sometimes-wavering-but-always-returning-self-belief &

💪 my continuous need for improvement
to thank 🙏 for it

I write this today in the hopes that one of you ladies out there who have the same thoughts and beliefs that I once did will take that first step towards finding your own balance and creating a new relationship with food.

You will see how this can lead to great progress in your journey to motherhood.🤱

Fertility is not just a means to an end. It can be an indicator of health and wellbeing in us women. 🤰

If you have not already watched my Live here is why it is a must watch:

There is an explanation behind eating for fertility

How you can follow a particular diets like Keto or IF [if you are so inclined] with your own twist for fertility

And something close to my heart - how I changed my Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert [bring on the sweet tooth] & Snacking menus to support fertility.

Don't believe me, believe in yourself!
To put it another way recall the last time you had a breakthrough in any one area of your life. I am sure that the memory will spark an understanding about your own capacity for making things happen for yourself!

For you, making a change may call for a fuel that turns that spark of an understanding in you own ability - to a volcano of conviction that erupts into the lava of action spilling over everything you do.
Are you looking for that fuel for yourself?

Or you may need a catalyst to catapult you through the transformation.
Wondering where to find such a catalyst to make that alchemy happen?

For me it took a person with a wealth of understanding, expertise and a healthy dose of empathy to help me change my food habits.
The process looked something like this:
Taking stock of my current practices - journaling helped me in this

Deciding which habits should go and what habits to start cultivating

Adding and expanding my repertoire to continuously to keep the variety of nutrients

Definitely putting in place some allowance like a cheat day for me to achieve a balance in life

Because I had decided to put my belief in myself to work & invest in this fuel/catalyst so I can achieve my desire when I conceived my daughter it seemed like a seamless smooth process in hindsight.
Needless to say, my food habits continue well into motherhood ensuring I help give my daughter the best chance to a healthy life.

So, if you believe you can, join me live on Friday, 6th November 10 am AEST where I will show you how you can become a volcano of conviction, take a lava of action and catapult your way to motherhood too.

My relationship with food has always been a complex one. I used to binge when I was anxious, angry, sad or just plain bored with the regular fare.

Unfortunately, like with many of you might me experiencing PCOS made this behavior of mine worse and for a while I had too many questions and I remained complacent with finding answers.

I took me a few weeks of severe anxiety and erratic moods to realize my weight was out of control and so were my hormones.

This is when I started taking stock and understood my triggers. This is crucial in stopping these behaviors when it starts.

I am wishing for other women in my situation to become aware of what I am aware of now.

Would you like answers for questions like:

🤷‍♀️ Would you like to combat your cravings?

🤷‍♀️ How can I feel full and satiated?

It’s Time to Conceive

Hi Gorgeous,

I'm Sujatha Gopalakrishnan and I have PCOS. I am a proud mom of a 2.5 year old. I love helping women manage their PCOS and related fertility issues. I completed a certification in PCOS - An Evidence Based Approach to understand what modern medicine has established as a guideline for diagnosis and management of the condition. I also have managed my condition and successfully fallen pregnant naturally within the last 5 years since my diagnosis.

I have put together a 60 Day Fertility Reboot Program based on my personal experience during my journey trying to conceive NATURALLY. I believe that being a part of this program can spell success in your trying to conceive journey. Implementing and habituating the practices in this course can close the gap between being PCOS affected and becoming a Mother-to-be. It will ultimately help you understand how to take control of your mental well-being, health & lifestyle.

PCOS does not have to stop you from making your own little miracle a reality.
