To you this may look like nothing but to me its growth! 💗 I was chemo for awhile and have some serious health issues, so my hair had taken one hell of a beating! Chemo, stress, chronic illness all have vitamin and minerals as a common denominator when compared! So I'm taking several things and focusing on my vitamin and mineral intake and for the first time in years, I've been able to grow back the thickness of my hair, and my bald spots is going away! That's why you always see me with a cap on!
SO LISTEN FOR REAL... Ive been on sea moss, mushrooms, and shilajit! Look at my baby hairs coming in, and my curls coming back! Im telling you most issues stem from a lack if vitamins/minerals yall! If i listened to drs right now I would be on a handful of pills right now! And im not on a single one! I eat 99% vegan diet (sometimes when im starving and i made chicken for the kids, ill eat it bc im underweight), i do all plant meds, and its working! I should be dead according my drs! S**t!! 💩 lol!
If you got issues hit me up, my son is currently selling plant based items that I for real think everyone needs! Not should take some times! Like you need minerals and if you dont have them you get dis-ease!! We and the periodic table are similar in make up! We are the earth if you break it down to a molecular level! We need to consume the earth in order to be well! And you are like a sponge even your skin! so I do not do any lotions detergent perfume chemicals on my skin nothing I don't paint my nails I don't dye my hair! It's actually working!! And it's working after one of the most stressful couple of years in my entire life!
So seriously if you've lasted this long and you read all this and you got stuff going on, if anything just start looking into your mineral intake! Narcissistic abuse survivors/currently dealing with the narcissist this one's for you!!! 💜

When I realized that it was my emotional immaturity, my cognitive deregulation, lack of boundaries, and unhealed child wounds allowing me to emotionally make life decisions like puck my partners, I changed!
Now I no longer can be manipulated by narcissistic monsters looking too feed on my energy! And a big part of it is forgiving yourself for not understanding. You didnt know! You didnt know!
Forgiving those that hurt you is next! Forgiving them does not mean allowing them anywhere near you, or your children. It means understanding and appreciating why the experience happened, so that you can learn and grow from it. So that you can become a better person. Some people were brought into your life to teach you that they're not worthy of your love. So if you are with a narcissist, or have narcissistic abusive people in your life, either now or in your past the things that I mentioned above are things that you're gonna wanna look at for yourself so that you no longer put yourself in situations. Re-read that...
I never understood why I kept dating men that were absolutely no good for me, until I figured those things out, and put them all together. I deserved 100 million times better than I've been with. Also my parents stepfather included are all abusive narcissist. I have been through a lifetime of narcissistic abuse and did not understand it one bit until recently. But now I know! Now I have learned extremely valuable lessons. And it allows me to help other people which is what I love to do the most!
The minute I put all the puzzle pieces together I started working on myself, and I've been working on myself for years now eliminating people out of my life and changing who I am. Putting boundaries up, and not taking s**t from people that I didn't need to take s**t from because in reality you don't have to take s**t off no one. And shouldn't! The level at which I can read people is at an all time high! I can sniff someone out over the internet in seconds even! I used to honestly believe that all people were good... they just needed to be loved. Even though I truly believe that's true even still today, even with all the abuse and s**t that I've been through, I still believe in love. But love from other people is not what fixes people. Loving yourself is what fixes a human. It may not be your fault as to why you're messed up, why you make mistakes unknowingly in your life., or should I say maybe you feel like their mistakes, but an actuality you had to just go through that to learn what you needed to learn on your journey so you could do what you do. Even though it's not your fault, it is your responsibility to learn and love yourself like they were supposed to, and they didn't like. And love yourself like no one else can. Because at the end of the day, if you do not love yourself, who is going to. You get determined how people treat you if you treat yourself like crap other people are going to.. so if you are neurodivergent, or you had childhood trauma or you've been abused by narcissist, and your confused as to why it happened and they've mentally messed you up on so many levels, you feel like you're not even the same person, people, I said above because once you get that figured out, you'll never allow s**t like that to happen ever again.
